Walgreens Pharmacy

Constantly out of my medication and can't get it in on time, which I feel is, you know, important. Guess they don't. They also don't bother to followup if it doesn't go through automatically. I have to call and prompt them to do something after days of waiting. I'm changing pharmacies, I don't know why I stuck with them for so long.

I have been a client at this pharmacy over the past few years. It has almost always met my needs or gone above and beyond. The staff has always been polite and attentive when I come in-store. Further, I've had almost no issues with having my medications filled or refilled in a timely manner. Recently, I struggled to find medication last minute and Terri and Allison worked with me to find them at other pharmacies nearby. They called other stores to verify the stock before setting up the transfer to endure I got my medications. They made my experience wonderful!

I give one star because i can't give zero. Never have i been treated so poorly by a "professional" in my life! I went to drop my scripts off in the drive thru when i was told they will not fill my prescriptions. They stopped taking prescriptions from my doctor. Mind you i have been getting my prescriptions filled from my doctor at that walgreens for months before that day. The girl at the window slammed my prescription in the drawer and slammed open the drawer at which point my paper prescription was blown out and i was forced to get out of my car in the drive thru and chase down my papers all while this rude girl was barking at me thru the microphone about how it was not her fault that my papers were blowing out all over. People with nasty attitudes shouldn’t get to work with the public, and Caroline will make sure my family and I go to CVS from now on. Just a rude rude woman.

I went to the store asking for an eye solution, I called it by name boric acid eye rinse and an eye cup. They said the don't make that solutI on anymore they did not offer an alternative. I was told the eye cup would probably be on the back wall. I was not able to locate the cup after about 10 minutes, they did not offer any help or suggestions. I would not go there for any product.
