This is family owned business that pays close attention to all your needs. The testing is very thorough and explained in detail. I have used Encore Hearing for my hearing needs for better than 5 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service I have received from them. Leanne is very knowledgeable and makes you comfortable when addressing your hearing problems. The staff is great ,too !
I have been so impressed with Encore Hearing. The whole staff go above and beyond in helping however they can. Leanne is so knowledgeable and current in her field and she has been incredibly helpful to me. She is very accessible, caring, kind and always willing to help with whatever is going on with my hearing aids. They have been a lifesaver for me as well as Leanne and Encore!!
I love Encore Hearing. They were amazing to me right from the start. MS Leanne took care of my hearing tests and what I needed and everything was wonderful they are so kind over there and help me with whatever I needed. I had a bad surgery and I didn't even bother wearing my hearing aids because I was homebound for almost 8 months. Then I was having trouble hearing with my hearing aids I went in they readjusted everything and then I went home and found that there was a few things that needed to be tweaked and I called got an appointment right back and I went right in and they fixed everything so I am thrilled with this group they have wonderful people working there who are so kind and so friendly.
