Walgreens Pharmacy

I would not recommend using their pharmacy. Ladies all have attitudes and act like their time is too important to be wasted on helping customers. I was suffering from strep throat and was in a great deal of pain. They claimed they didn’t have my prescription even in their system yet when I showed the women the proof of my doctor sending it over, she was in disbelief and just said it wasn’t in their system and must not have been sent. Judging on how many people before me have had this exact issue, I’m so relieved that it was even ready the same day. Even if I did have to wait hours.

Switching pharmacies today. Going to Glanders which is an independent pharmacy in Sheboygan. Used to have pretty good service here, but recently they are temporarily closed a lot. A real shame as I live right in back of Walgreens. But, gotta do what ya gotta do. I've been told my insurane is having problems with fills. I call my insurance company and they are clueless what Walgreens is talking about. Time to go

If i could leave a less than one star review i would. The pharmacists act snobby, never do their job, and treat you like a drug addict when you go in for your prescription. Theyre too lazy to fill your prescription and then tell you they ran out after telling you to come back tomorrow everyday for a week. Other people have jobs too that they actually have to do properly and youre taking away their time of day which is already limited enough for us to sit here trying to get our much needed medications that help us handle our mental health to have to deal with you. If i could fire people that dont work for me they would all be in the unemployment line and i will be looking to talk to somebody at corporate about this as well as the chamber of commerce for sheboygan county.

I always have an issue here. I'll send in a prescription, they'll tell me when it'll be ready, I'll give it an extra 5 minutes, and it's still NEVER ready. Twice now they didn't have enough medication to fill my son's script. One pharmacist broke it into two scripts. Inconvenient, but better than nothing. The next told me I had to forfeit the rest of my son's medication or wait two days because THEY didn't have it!! Unbelievable.

I am very happy with the new Automated system! Very easy to use! Wow! But picking up refills is another story. Maybe they might want to consider having more staff at the pharmacy to make it go smoother. They do seem a bit stressed.
