I absolutely love going to Midwest Dental and can't recommend them highly enough! The entire staff is consistently respectful, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making every visit a pleasure. Angie is an outstanding hygienist! She's incredibly caring, highly knowledgeable, and always shares practical tips that make a real difference in my oral health routine. Dr. Mike is simply the best dentist! He's thorough, personable, and stays at the forefront of the latest modern techniques and advancements.

I had a great appointment Midwest Dental! Amber was kind and bubbly during check-in. Sally always does an excellent job with my cleaning- my teeth and gums feel amazing! Dr. Giraud did a thorough exam and is always very kind.

I appreciate the dedicated folks at Midwest Dental. They are always upfront about costs and work very hard to get things straight with insurance. Dr. Mike has had to fix up some aging teeth and has done a great job. I can vouch that everything is as close to pain free as you can get. Even the anesthetic injection is easy! They work very efficiently, but are attentive to how you are feeling. The less time with vacuums and hands in your mouth is a good thing as far as I am concerned! In addition to top notch care, I also discovered recently that their rates are very fair compared to another dentist in Plymouth. That speaks volumes for the character of Dr. Mike and his staff.

I recently switched dental offices and I had a wonderful experience. I had a really positive experience with my dental hygienist, Jenny. She was friendly and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the appointment, which helped me feel comfortable. My cleaning was thorough without being rushed, and she offered helpful tips for better at-home care

Be aware, they don't honor their price quotes at this business! When I checked in for my appointment, they gave me a price quote for the standard 6 month cleaning I was scheduled for. We pay for the Essential Smiles discount plan and I was quoted a co-pay of $74. After the appointment, I was charged a co-pay of $104. When I questioned why the difference, I was told they were having problems with the quotes for the Essential Smiles plan and apparently it wasn't fixed yet. Usually when a business provides a quote for services, they honor the quote unless additional services were required. In my case, they didn't provide any additional services and they chose NOT to honor their quote. Even after writing to them with my concerns, they chose not to resolve the matter by honoring the price quo
