Walgreens Pharmacy

I had the worst experience today. I’m super furious right now. And actually thinking to stop going to Walgreens. I needed 6 passport photos each for three people in the family. I was charged $16.99 per two photos, ending up paying over $150. The photos I got do not look like me. Their employees do not know how to take photos. And the camera they used look like a 20 year old model. He had to stand super close to me to get his shot, resulting in perspective distortion, making my nose super big. This is ridiculous. I paid over $150 for some pathetic photos that do not look like me. I feel like crying right now.

Will be switching pharmacies soon. This location has treated both my wife and I horribly over the years. From the head pharmacist I have experienced what I believe to be racism. She is the only one to ask for my license when I am getting my humalog (insulin) or antibiotics. She is always very rude to me, but I have seen her kind to people that are from similar cultures in front of me. I dont appreciate it and if I don't do that to you what's you reason for doing it to me. This place needs to lrarns how to respect others and get a new pharmacist soon.

Very very very bad customer service. I arrived at the delivery window and asked some questions about my mother's medications and the doctor who is at the pharmacy is very rude. The girls at the counter have a bad attitude. Honestly, this is not what I expected when I changed from CVS to Walgreen. There is no professional staff, much less human quality to provide customer service... Never go there. You will have a bad time. ... Never go there. You will have a bad time. 😒😒

My experience here was incredibly disappointing. From the moment they heard my accent, I was met with judgmental looks and condescending behavior — as if I didn’t belong. There was zero professionalism, kindness, or empathy. The attitude I received was rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. It’s unacceptable to treat someone poorly just because they speak English with a different accent. This kind of behavior reflects prejudice, and it’s especially disturbing in a place that is supposed to be focused on helping people feel better and improve their lives. What’s even more confusing is that some of the staff themselves appear to come from immigrant backgrounds.
