Myself and my parents, brother, and sister have all been seeing Dr. Tjandra for over 20 years. She is amazing and consistently caring and sweet. She takes time to listen to concerns and is proactive about testing as glaucoma and cataracts are in the family. It's great to find someone the whole family loves and even our spouses as we got older and married. Her staff are also excellent. Jackie has been amazing over the years and Austin is also very sweet. Our family won't go to anyone else until Dr. Tjandra decides to retire. She is the absolute best! We all truly love her!

This is an exceptional office. Dr. Tjandra is truly top-notch—you will not find anyone better to care for your eyesight and overall eye health. Her staff is equally outstanding: attentive, thorough, and genuinely personable. They take the time to know you by name and treat you like more than just an appointment. During my visit today, my eyes were dilated, and Dr. Tjandra went well beyond the basic exam. When she noticed something, she took the time to double- and triple-check to ensure everything was in good order. That level of care and diligence is exactly why I have trusted her with my eye care for over 25 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Easter W. Tjandra for many years, and last week she once again proved the exceptional level of care she provides. I arrived at her office late in the day with a very red eye, and she still took the time to see me. It turned out I had a retinal tear. Dr. Tjandra immediately contacted a retina specialist, who saw me first thing the next morning and treated the issue. It was a very concerning and scary situation, and her swift action made all the difference. What truly stands out is how much she cares. Dr. Tjandra personally followed up with me multiple times afterward. In today’s world, this level of attention and compassion is usually found only in concierge practices, yet she delivers it naturally, as part of who she is. She is a true professional with a big heart

Dr. Tjandra Is the absolute best! She is very personable and makes sure I feel heard with any concerns. My husband and I both are very happy with her practice and so glad we found her. The staff is also wonderful! Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Impact Eyecare for over 15 years. Even took my kids there while they were growing up. Dr Tjandra has been amazing. Today she made time for me when I was having an issue with my left eye. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give her 5 stars each year for 15+ years.
