I want to first say, I have been in the sports medicine space for 21 years. I have hired and been treated by many massage therapist. There is something special about Jamie. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and welcoming handshake. Jamie took the time to understand my needs and began to work on my problem areas. This is the big take away for me "effectiveness without over doing it". Yes, I needed a deep tissue treatment, Jamie was able to get very deep into the tissue, but I was NEVER uncomfortable. I still have no idea how these opposing themes work together. Well, I have been referring the athletes I work with to Jamie ever since. "Highly Recommended!"

Jamie is the BEST. She has helped relieve my lower back, shoulder and neck pain. Extremely knowledgeable of the muscular structure of the body to truly relieve pain and stress. She knows exactly how to guide you in your recovery and give advice and very professional and kind. Highly recommend her.

Jamie is the REAL DEAL! I had a shoulder injury from a year ago that was impacting my lifting, sleep and life. Jamie gets to work on it and suggests I have “frozen shoulder”. Two sessions later and I’m finally getting full shoulder movement , back in gym and sleeping through the night. Third session and I’m back to pain free chest pressing exercises.
