Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They received my Rx and there was an error on it. They didn’t reach out and let it sit for 4 hours. My doctor tried to call with me on the line and they didn’t answer the prescriber phone line. (Who needs to start antibiotics quickly anyway right?) The next day, I was able to fix it because I did the leg work with the doctor’s office. Went to pick it up, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get to the window and the lady told me they were closed for lunch. I’m just going to go ahead and move all of our prescriptions to HEB now.

I've been regularly filling my prescriptions here for five years and for 5 years I keep giving them another chance for some stupid reason. Their service has always been slow, which isn't a deal breaker to me, but what IS a deal breaker is that they can't seem to fill regular prescriptions on time. Every month feels like a gamble as to whether they will fill it on time or if I'll have to wait several days because they don't have it in stock, or there's some other odd issue that doesn't get caught until I call them. I literally have to call them every month to see when I can expect the prescription to be filled because the fill date/time given on the website is often not honored. How is this walgreens so inept that they cannot anticipate that a person who has been filling the same two presc

My wife went to pick up a prescription for my daughter today which was filled out last night and was supposed to be ready by 1pm today but instead the person at the window was overall very rude to my wife and kept complaining we had a loud vehicle, we do not it's a 4 cylinder truck there's nothing loud about it. And my wife was sent away. My daughter hasn't been able to hold anything down since we left the ER and we needed that medicine.

Slow and 2 yrs later, they still get same monthly drug fills wrong. Best to take your business elsewhere. Went back there 6/2025. Service got worst. We were in line and after helping the customer in front of us, the pharmacy clerk just closed the window on us and left without a single word excusing her rude behavior. CVS has great service just down the street with friendly staff!

I hardly ever leave one star review, most are 5 or 4 if "needs work". That being said. This Walgreens Pharmacy is atrocious due to being permanently understaffed. Drive through line wrapping around the building daily (literally). Poor guys working there having to jump from the counter to the drive-thru. Minimum of 10 minutes per car. I don't know who's controlling how many people are hired but they need to lose their job for incompetence.
