I have been a customer for over a decade and they are always the most friendly and kind group. Dr. Burke and his team are very patient and gentle and show true care for you. You won't feel like just a number at some big box shop. I've had fillings and crowns installed as well and they are always professional and kept my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! I truly felt like a family member. I didn’t want a big box dental experience. I was tired of driving to Cedar Park to see my denistry office of 20 years. My hygienist there recommended Burk Family Denistry right here in Pflugerville. From Pam in the front office to both Dr. Burk’s and Melanie, I could have never imagined I would have such a wonderful experience. I had so many X-rays of my teeth, which I never experienced at my previous office. Every X-ray was explained to me by Dr. Sara Burk, and recommendations provided. She even cleaned my teeth, which I have never had done by a dentist yet, only by a hygienist. A total game changer for me. My visit there made my day.

I was of course skeptical because businesses today are all about the bottom line and forget that people are more than a customer/client. After entering the facility I immediately felt relaxed and welcome.🥰 The dentist came out and spoke to some regulars and discussed life. It was nice. He then came and introduced himself to me which was refreshing. During the visit the staff was very friendly and informative. Their concerns are your concerns.. there was no sales pitch or aggressive scolding because I don’t “floss” enough. I actually look forward to going to the dentist and I know not many people can say that. I have been going to Dr Burk for over 20 years and anyone I recommend to go see him calls to thank me, because they had such a wonderful experience.
