Walgreens Pharmacy

This is not a problem with the pharmacy techs and pharmacist themselves, as most are very friendly and excellent. they need help and staff. I don't think I have ever waited less than 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that I was notified was ready. Get them some help!

I was actually with Walgreens for 10+ years. The service has gotten sooo bad over the years I got tired of waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes and my prescriptions were repeatedly messed up so I switched to Meijer and that same day I had one script at Walgreens to pick up before all my meds transferred. After I got a text saying the script was ready I went through the drive thru and the woman at the window was the rudest person I've ever met when I asked to speak with a manager the manager basically yelled at me and said if I didn't leave immediately she would call the cops. No respect for customers and customer service I was apalled at how I was treated after being a loyal customer for so many years. They didn't care!

Walgreens... Please staff your pharmacy adequately so that prescriptions are ready when they are promised. I used the automated system and gave two days notice and my prescription still wasn't ready after I waited 20 minutes in line with the outside drive-thru as backed up.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had my prescription called in 2 days prior to me picking it up. Despite multiple phone calls asking about the progress of my prescription, it wasn’t even ready when I finally did pick it up. They quickly counted out the pills when I finally came to the pharmacy.

I have my inhaler on auto refill and now have been waiting a week to get it refilled because they weren’t abled to refill it on time…. It’s been on auto refill for over a month now. My asthma is severe and I can’t skip a day let alone a week. Tried moving my inhaler to the other location in petoskey and same thing. Now I have to drive to Gaylord. Super disappointed and gonna look for a new pharmacy
