Dr Wong is the greatest. He is very informative about hearing loss and types of hearing aids that are best suited for the hearing loss you may have. He does a great job of scheduling you in for exams and fixing any types of hearing aid problems you might have.

I can’t indicate enough positive opinions about Doctor Wong, his staff and office. I was met by a smile and a very polite reception. Dr. Wong was also upbeat, smiling and very professional. After a discussion of my hearing history and decline in ability to hear well, he reviewed what was necessary and my choices. He in short order helped restore my hearing and also would not promise to back my story to my wife that I was still hearing impaired! An overall great experience. Can not recommend this professional enough.

I was very happy with my previous audiologist and only went to see Dr Wong to get new hearing aids that would be partially covered by insurance through a True Hearing provider. Dr Wong took the time to understand my history and requirements, went through the hearing test in the soundproof booth and then connected an audio device that measures sound coming into the hearing aid. Turns out I didn’t need new aids—the microphones were simply all plugged up. Previous audiologists were increasing the settings to try to pick up more high frequencies, but it wasn’t working because of plugged microphones. That shows honesty and integrity on top of a very thorough exam. He could have easily sold me a $6,000 set of hearings aids, but instead he saved me a bundle.

Dr. Wong is the best! He answered all my questions about Tru-Hearing aids, clearly explained the care and functions of them, and made certain that any adjustments required were made to my satisfaction . His sincere interest in his patients is remarkable as is his concern that they have the best experience possible with the hearing aids. I highly recommend Little Traverse Hearing. I have had hearing aids since the 1980s, so I say this with some experience. Dr. Wong is the absolute best hearing doctor that I have ever been associated with. He truly cares about your hearing concerns and takes the time to listen. I give him five stars, only because that's the most permitted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
