Very kind, my mom is 94 and they were very patient with her. Explained everything and we're waiting for hearing devices to come in.
I was very happy with all of the staff.They were friendly and caring. Dr. Kelly explaind everything to us in language we could understand. There was no big sales pitch to by their brandcof hearing aids.She fixed my hearing aids and we are seeing if improved. I think this was the best experience I have had since I've had hearing aids. Tracey and Dr. Kelly were friendly, kind, and professional. I'm so glad that I was able to keep my appointment because Dr. Kelly discovered that I had experienced a loss of hearing in my left ear and adjusted my hearing aid so that I'm hearing much better!
Great service. Dr Kelly was meticulous in explaining how my new hearings work, the various options available with my new hearing aids and demonstrating how the phone app that comes with hearing aids works. I highly recommend Dr Kelly and HearingLife.
So glad Dr. Kelly is back. Good experience with her and her assistant (receptionist) . Makes me feel I'm being heard. Doesn't talk down to me.
