Walgreens Pharmacy

This is insane.how do they expect us to pick up meds when the line is wrapped around building in drive through and no parking spaces to go in and if you do there’s 15 people in line. My hubby is there now once again and he says it’s once again crazy. Then they have the nerve to put your medicine back!!!!! When u call I wait 2 hours to talk to someone, come on now. This is nonsense!! They take 5 days to fill a medication and refuse to call doctors if the med is out of refills, they just say decline. I’m Not kidding I’m in tears a lot over this. I have a son with a serious heart condition and they play around with his meds constantly. I miss rite aide! Another Walgreens gave me a number to complain at. I will attach it.

The wait times here are unjustified. I understand that other local pharmacies have closed and many people moved to this location, but there is no way I’m on a 2 hour hold for my 86 y/o mothers general meds. I’ve driven there 4 times on my break from work and had to leave without her meds . The drive thru wraps around the store. Go inside it’s not any better a line that wraps around the isle. I will post pictures as well.

Left me without prescribed medication that i have been getting for the last 4 years. Im on disability and am in a life changing situation. They cut me off and refused to fill anymore scripts and gave me a call at my Dr's office that it's the last time to fill it after on my own. Do they think I'm a drug addict?. My life has changed from being an athlete to disability at 2013 I'm 53 now and I need meds for the severe pain and injuries I have to deal with. I never had this experience with any pharmacy when living in New Jersey. This is not professional. And lack of caring.

I was in line getting my prescription and it took an hour to receive it. Those around me said they were also waiting for a very long time. There was roughly 20 people waiting with me which is absolutely ridiculous. Even my experience going through the drive through is extremely time consuming. Unbelievable

Made an appt online to get a vaccine and waited 30 min in line to be told they wasn’t going to do it! So why the availability online? And why not say it when I did the “check in” so unprofessional.
