I love the staff! Everyone is skilled and knowledgeable. They answer all of my questions about my Invisalign treatment plan. In my opinion Dr. Stern and staff are truly the best!
I started my orthodontics treatment elsewhere and had to change orthodontists when I moved back to the area. Unfortunately, I found the workers in this office to be rude and small-minded. Also, the actual care was below par as a band that needed to be re-glued into place was adhered in such a way that my molar became loose and caused significant discomfort/pain. I had to visit a different orthodontist to get the problem fixed properly. My only advice: Stay away!
My daughter loves all of the staff as well as the doctors. They have made this experience a fun journey for her and we couldn't be happier with her beautiful smile.
Dr Tanya is a grt orthodontist. She and her staff are caring, kind, understanding, happy, and it's always a grt experience when we visit
