went in for a cleaning and had a long wait time despite having an appointment, after the long wait i was met with frustrated workers who just wanted to rush. at the end of the cleaning i was given mouth wash that unknown to me was not covered by my insurance so that costed me $60 out of pocket. ONTOP of all that now receiving a bill for that said cleaning 4 YEARS LATER terrible service and scam artists if you ask me

I can't believe this place is still in business. I made two same day appointments in May of last year (booked in OCTOBER), they called the week before my appointments and told me the dentist will not be in and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled and when I showed up, my brother and I waited an hour to be seen. I scheduled for my 6 month cleaning in October for me and my brother the same day. I get a call again, a week before the appointment saying the dentist will not be there and I need to reschedule. There's not another dentist near me so I did. Two days before my appointment my mom and I get a call to confirm the individual appointments. My mom is at work so she couldn't answer. They told her if she didn't confirm my brothers appt by 12pm the appointment would be canceled. Unfortunate

My experience with the service and work as of yet has been great I have anxiety really bad and I didn't feel like I was going to pass out in the chair. Doctors is very patient and pleasant he makes me very comfortable and he even tells jokes. I brought my husband and my family as well ☺️

My entire family goes here for dental care. Lori, the hygienist was excellent and took her time and showed patience and expertise. Cristal is very helpful in scheduling and getting approvals. Thank you Community Dental Pennsville!

They do not except emergencies no matter what they claim. They are all very mean and have turned me into someone im not! They ruined my teeth and refused to make corrections! I ended up loosing 4 teeth due to their error and they kicked ME out for it. Now they won't stop sending texts that im due for an appointment. All ex employees swear against going here. Their own office staff privately shared a dentist for me to go to nstead, where they have since helped me regain some dignity with new teeth!!! This office needs prayers to care about people. I dont like being ugly nor do I like acting ugly. But now when I see or hear of anyone from there ive been feeling, betrayed, ignored, uncared for and it make me directly affected mentally and I now become volatile in speech and thoughts. I cant
