Walgreens Pharmacy

Chinny and DJ have excellent communication skills and customer service advice they are patient and answered all our questions. Great staff and pharmacy experience at this store. We highly recommend them.

Hello everyone I was shopping at Walgreens and at the check out I wanted to deposit money into my chime account so I handed Erick $40 cash and he counted the money and handed me back $10 bucks cause I gave him to much money he said he is a honest person and I allways enjoy shopping there and I get my meds from the pharmacy as well!!

I use the store often and am pleased. But the pharmacy is a disaster. Rude uncaring individuals. Worry only about their lunch break hours ! I had a prescription to be filled that needed ordered on Sat for Mon pick up. For eye area shingles!!! Went in and the prescription was not ordered in the system. Finally she found the paper that Dr had given me. A good sized paper with the rx. Under a stack of orders, bags, etc. The rx won't be in now til Thursday late. I couldn't fill it elsewhere at this point cause the type of medicine needs ordering! Total incompetent and lazy employees in that pharmacy. Not the pharmacist but the others. Really lame. Unacceptable.

Definitely will never go here again. Went into this location to get invitations printed. Clerk at the front has a serious problem with people (not from the area 😒) even after I asked who assisted in that atea and she said her she walked away. When I realized she was gone for a while I went to get her in the back. She came and refused to help. Just stood there behind me gave me 2 instructions the rest I figured out. She cropped the stuff wrong without explaining their system told me to unplug then walked away then when I went in line to pay she asked if I had put my number in I said no looking confused. She proceeds to tell me I have to do the whole process again. Now I’m upset. Went over tried doing it myself she told me nothing. Did not help at all. A woman from Peachtree city area (if yo

PATSY - the self proclaimed store manager is extremely rude and unpleasant to her black customers. She was over accommodating to the white patrons but offered a difference in approach to her black ones. I hope corporate gets involved and teaches her about her unconscious bias.
