Wow! Excellent! Greeted warmly and the assistant, Lola, guided me back and got right down to business. She took x-rays right away and was very personable. The dentist, Dr. Frank, came right in and was cordial and explained everything, wasting no time. The dentist and her assistant worked so well together. The appointment was over before I knew it. I moved from out of state and found this family practice by researching dental practices in the area I live. I'm glad I did!

I’ve had a wonderful experience as a new patient—both for myself and my two children (11 and 8). From the moment we walked in, the front desk team was friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating, making check-in and scheduling a breeze. Dr. Frank and everyone in the back—the hygienists and dental assistants—have been professional, gentle, and informative through every step. My kids felt completely at ease during their visits, which says so much about the care and attention this office provides. What really stands out is how honest and transparent they are. I’ve never felt pressured or like I was being sold services we didn’t need. It’s rare to find a dental office where the whole family feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for—but we’ve found it here. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so kind and answered and questions I had. My wait to go back and my total appointment time were wick I didn’t have to wait long at all. That said they made me feel very comfortable and remembered me. Overall a five star experience.

Rachel the hygienist is awesome. She makes my kids so at ease. So friendly and does a great job!

Sadly I am no stranger to extensive dental care, lol. But this does make me an expert and I am very impressed with the care I receive with Dr. Cox and his staff!! Thorough, gentle, professional and personal
