Walgreens Pharmacy

I transferred a prescription from California to Walgreens for my elderly mom when we moved to Payson and they mistakenly gave her 2X the mg on the prescription. The label was correct but the tablets were not, Had I trusted Walgreens and not searched online to see how the different generic forms of the tablet should look, I would’ve given my mom double the dosage. I brought the tablets back to the pharmacy and they said “Sorry about that” and replaced it with the correct tablets. Yes, pharmacy techs are only human, but I expect that they be more careful since they’re dealing with peoples lives.

Quick stop for two "pharmacy" items that other pharmacies didn't have in the area. Sure was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I have never worked with a worse pharmacy. Working with my insurance is more pleasant to work with. I dread having to call here because they are so rude. They will keep you on hold hoping you’ll hang up. They will pick up the phone so they can restart the hold and not be forced to answer. They talk short and seem to try hard not to help. I have used many Walgreens and other pharmacies across the country and this is the worst. They are so rude I don’t understand why they don’t work somewhere else because it really seems they hate being there and they hate helping others. Every interaction makes me feel like I’m asking for them to walk to Phoenix and back to get my meds. I’m not even completely mad I’m confused and hurt and need my meds to function. I hate being treated like I’m a burden esp

This store serves a great need and staff does a great job!

We visited the Payson Walgreens store while on vacation in March. The staff was helpful and courteous. The store was clean and tidy. Keep up the good work! Thanks.
