Honestly so sick of dealing with this place. No one ever knows what's going on in there. The employees are beyond rude and don't follow through with what you've talked to them about. Whether it's "forgetting" to mail important meds that you've specifically talked to them about and been assured they would be mailed, or randomly sending your scripts to other pharmacies with no communication or explanation, this place sucks. They desperately need an overhaul. 0/10. Do not recommend at all.

Not knowing/forgetting it was Veterans Day today and being out of my medicine that would put me into withdrawals, I thought I was out of luck but the pharmacist came outside and told me I could still get them. He didn’t have to at all and going that extra mile SAVED me. I love this pharmacy and their staff🤍🤍

I am the COO of a local inpatient medical provider, this pharmacy is communicative, friendly, helpful and takes an interest in our needs. There is always good information coming from the pharmacist and he genuinely seems to care about those he serves. Our experience has been 5 out of 5 positive with Genoa Payson

I had a great experience with these folks! They were very very professional, courteous, and kind! I don’t want to go there again, but if I need healthcare, they are my number one pick!

Fast and friendly staff! Always try and work with me, because every other months med change. Wish they would smile more often but they are courteous.
