Walgreens Pharmacy

I haven't been happy with Walgreens for about two years. Sometimes they act like they don't care. A new Young Lady was working when I picked up my prescription Monday her name was Josmary a very nice young lady that smiled the entire time she took care of us. She is one of the people who you can talk to in the phone and hear a smile in her voice. It was a pleasure to go to Walgreens for the first time ever.

Waited over an hour on the phone, just to ask about scripts that their automated service called me and said they were having problems with the insurance. Once they finally answered they were not pleasant at all. Planning on moving to another pharmacy from now on.

They're good with my prescriptions and if you call they will fill sooner than what text says

I used Walgreens for the first time 8/5/2025. I dealt with Pharmacist Connie. She went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and now I'm a Walgreens user. People like her make the difference.

I was in the wrong line but nobody said anything to me first time in Patkla nobody said and then I was told I was in the wrong line and had to go back 4 people I had to wait.
