After suffering injury from a car accident, I found myself arriving at the first major physical decline I had ever experienced at a mere 34 yrs old. From a guy who enjoyed routine exercise, being an avid fisherman, and working a physically demanding career background to severe pain when sitting, standing, laying, or even just being. I began chiropractic and rehabilitation therapies with Dr. Robert Mann at Palatka Pain Relief Centre. Upon initial visit I had a 1 on 1 exam to derive a detailed regime of care tailored to my individual recovery plan. The staff is so caring and are diligent about your pain level. Dr. Fechter is awesome. He spends as much time with you as you need. When I went in I was in so much pain I could hardly walk and three months later I was walking like nothing ever happened! Great place!!

The receptionist is a doll, friendly and patient. My husband is a patient, but they treat me just as good. He's gotten so much relief with this whole practice. I recommend.

Everything was great. They treated me like family. Dr. Fechter was great as well. He was very kind and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

After hurting myself working in my yard yesterday, clearly in a lot of pain and hoping to get some relief, I came here to try and be seen as a walk in. Instead of making any effort to see me that day, I was told the earliest appointment was next Wednesday, almost a week away. It’s disheartening to see that someone’s obvious discomfort doesn’t seem to be a priority here. When you’re hurting, it would be nice to experience some compassion or urgency, not sent away to wait. I went to another local chiropractor this morning (a Saturday), who already had several patients there with one chiropractor working, and was still seen for X-rays and an adjustment with no issues. The doctor I saw today was even surprised when I told him my experience here.
