I called this place 4 different times, trying to get the pharmacy! not happening today folks! this is bad! maybe time for change!!!!!!
Great staff. Hard workers. Very polite
Most of the staff are rude, they never have my meds. They closed the window looking right at me once after I waited in line for 20 minutes before closing and was the last car. I knocked on window and I got glared at. Needed meds horribly and they should have served me. There were several grown adults working.
15 minutes on hold bc they kept answering and putting me on hold after today I’m switching somewhere else, takes weeks to get meds they always say nothing covered PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Always takes the time to answer any questions. ~ by phone or in person. Staff here at the Richmond Street location is exceptional compared to other locations.
