As far as pharmacies go, I have no complaints with this location! I made the switch to them last month, and it was effortless. The couple times I've had questions for them my calls have been returned promptly, and the staff goes above and beyond to do their best! Thank you! 😊

Every time I visit this CVS I'm greeted from the moment I walk in the door. They always ask me do I need help finding anything and the same thing goes with the pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable about my medications and they make sure to ask if I have any questions about any of my meds. Thank you for all you do CVS.

I had an excellent experience at the CVS store at Mentor and Palmer Avenues today. From the moment that I walked in to drop off a UPS box to send, while registering for a vaccine, and shopping there afterward, all 4 employees whom I encountered were helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating. All the products I needed were in stock and I found some Hallmark cards that were quite reasonable. Using my CVS rewards card always saves me money. I highly recommend this store!!

Best CVS pharmacy in Painesville! Totally! I embrace the use of the answering machine system and always receive excellent service and authentic compassion when I pick up any meds. Great service and support from the store as well. Keep up the great work, folks!

My son’s EpiPen prescription was sent to this CVS location and I was never called or notified that our insurance would not be covering this prescription. I was only made aware of this when I reached out after a week had gone by. Upon discussing this matter with the pharmacy technician, she told me that my out-of-pocket cost after a discount card was applied would be around $400. She told me that if I did not want to pay this that they could just put it back and I did not need to come pick it up. After she said this in a take it or leave it tone, I went to work on my side, trying to figure out what could be done to resolve this matter and after a lot of work on my end and reaching out to a different CVS location, the pharmacy tech at a different store told me that this information is suppli
