Walgreens Pharmacy

Twice now I've had a script sent here for two different thyroid medications. The first time, took around a month of going back and forth saying they ordered it then they filled it. I went to go pick it up and they said they didn't even see a script for me and that they didn't order it. This was earlier this year. Fast forward to last week, my endocrinologist sent a different medication script to them. I called immediately to make sure they had it because I remembered what happened before and I wasn't going to waste my time. They tell me they have it and that they have to go through processing the rest of the scripts and I will get a text when it's ready. In comes the next day and I get told they don't have any but they are getting some on truck today and will send me a text when my script

Claudia went above and beyond for me and my son after dealing with Walmart, she finally got the script from them and when they were out of the medication she took it upon her self to make sure that Price Chopper had it and send it to them. Then call me back and let me know what she did. Thank you Claudia your hard work and compassion for my situation is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I use Walgreens pharmacy quite frequently between my wife and I we have over 20 prescriptions they usually know me by name they recognize my face Go there a couple times a week everybody makes mistakes they're really busy The people are great but they're automated system needs help
