Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff rude. Acted like my time didn't matter. Made an appointment and waited for almost 30 minutes past appointment before they acknowledged anything.

Not sure what's going on. Big turnover in employees!? When I call my medicines in they more than not do not get filled until I come in. I dropped one off in person yesterday and came back in the afternoon the next day and it still had not been filled. The girl that waited on me seemed to be in a non cheerful mood. I get treated nice when my regular counter people are working.. wish things would turn around.

Every time I call the Ossipee location I sit on hold for AT LEAST 35 to 40 minutes and when I FINALLY get them on the line they are extremely rude. I reluctantly had to call there today because one of my medications was in advertently sent there, and I have to say I am so happy that I have switched pharmacies. There is nothing pleasant about doing business with that establishment at all!

I came here to get my 2nd COVID vaccination and was screamed at by the pharmacy tech. I had scheduled the appointment online, I had a confirmation number and all. I came in and the tech told me I didn't have an appointment. (She already had an attitude at this point). Being a nurse, I know that everyone is spread thin, so I tried to be kind and understanding. I said, Okay, can I book the next available appointment then? She took a long passive aggressive sigh and said, let me see what I have. During the 5 or so minutes it took her to look up an appointment, I had already looked up the next one on my phone and booked it. The one I booked was at 4:20. She tried to tell me there was not an available appointment until 6:00pm. I told her that wouldn't work because I have to pick up my children

I love the store but the pharmacist and technicians are VERY RUDE & seem to always be put out by any issue I may have. My husband and I have both had issues with the pharmacist there so we drive 35 miles to Rite-Aid in Rochester, just to avoid going there I'm confident other people have had issues with him
