Hannaford Pharmacy

This pharmacy has become completely incompetent since changing to new system that was supposed to improve matters. Last month they filled two of the same prescriptions and didn't fill one of the scripts I needed. I was forced to return to the store with both bottles of the same script in order to get my correct medication. One is for 10 pills and one is for 60 pills. How does that get screwed up??? Incompetence! They also gave me 50 pills of a medication that I am supposed to get 60 of Now their newer better system is showing that I received 60 pills. How does this happen??? Incompetence!!!

I think they need to reanalyze the way they do some things, like, not putting people that came AFTER someone else before the one that was there first! So I had a script put in the day before holiday, they said would be ready first thing day after holiday . Just to tell me that they are busy and can't get to it til thus AFTERNOON! BUT I believe they should fill what's there first before starting other ones! I'm so tired of pharmacies acting like that rule the industry ...

The Pharmacist Matthew went above and beyond today, calling another pharmacy and the ER department of the hospital to get my medication to me. I've aways had decent experiences here, but today was top notch.

A good pharmacy. Notifications come promptly. Will sync your prescriptions so they are all filled at once. Good at giving vaccines. All the Hannaford pharmacies are clean and bright and spacious. I recommend.
