Walgreens Pharmacy

Dropped off my dog's written paper perscription, the pharmacist took it and told me they'd be closing at 130pm today. I asked if my script would be filled before then, and she said yes. Well she did not fill it and theyre closed sat and sun so I cannot get that script filled til monday!!! I cant even get my written perscription back because she took it!! Unacceptable and you are toying with my dogs health. No wonder you have such bad reviews.

I had a tooth pulled, and a prescription was called in for pain medication. Waited about one hour before checking on the prescription. It was not done and was told quite rudely it was a four hour prescription. Asked what that was since the deadening was wearing off and she told me they had at least four hours to fill it and to come back in several hours. What a joke

Not a good experience here. The customer service was very poor. I had a prescription sent there three days earlier and when I went in to get it, they said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half. I explained that I had to delay my trip so I could get these meds, but that I was supposed to be leaving right after the pharmacy visit and couldn’t delay longer. The lady at the register was incredibly rude and said that “a lot of people were also waiting on their medications.” I understand that a lot of people are also needing medications, but her dismissive attitude was ridiculous. I felt incredibly frustrated and she feigned zero sympathy. I will not be going to this location EVER again. I might even just skip Walgreen’s in general.

You never know when they're open. I do like the call to let you know the status of your order. I never encountered rudeness there. I guess they're doing this best with what they have.

I honestly would give this Walgreens 5 stars but due to them being short staffed 2 times in a few months and being closed because of it, I just cannot give them 5 stars. I do not have a car, I rely on my neighbors to take me where I need to go. I also am 64 and I have stage 4 Cancer. I went to my Doctor on a Friday so they could call in my medication. I went home after that because my ride needed to get home. Walgreens usually takes a few hours to fill a medication so I usually go home and wait. As it sometimes happens I did not have a ride to pick up my medicine that evening. Now if Walgreens would have called me Friday and let me know they were closed Saturday I would have gotten a different ride on Friday. I was getting ready to go pick it up Saturday, I decided to look on their app to
