Integrated Muscular Therapy

08/13/25 - Had to edit my original review to add notes from a recent session. I just had a 2hr session with Kennedy, and it was such a wonderful experience. I showed up twisted up, locked up with tight shoulders, hips, hamstrings - the whole body just struggling. I left lighter, taller, freer through my joints. Kennedy is a fantastic, one of a kind therapist. Kennedy is like no other massage therapist and I mean that in the best way! She really understands the muscular system which allows her the ability to not only treat your pain but also identify the cause of the pain so it won't come back. I was dealing with cronic hip pain and have been to all sorts of specialists that only had expensive solutions for me. I was blown away that after only 1 visit with Kennedy my pain was reduced exponentially and after 2 visits the pain is gone. I can't say enough great things about her! Thank you Kennedy!
