Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens on Good Homes Rd and W. Colonial sucks. paid for my prescription to be delivered and I still don't have it. I called to see the status but it kept putting me on hold and no one would come to the phone. I called 3 times. Still nothing. So I called corporate and they also had a difficult time getting them on the phone. They still had me on pickup status even though I paid for delivery but they said they were waiting for FedEx to pick it up and it would be delivered today. Still no meds. I called AGAIN 🤦🏾‍♀️ and the pharmacist put me on hold again forever but when she came back, she lied and said FedEx had it and I should get it tonight and if I don't get tonight I should get it tomorrow or the next day. I paid for 1-2 day delivery. That would make it 3-4 days delivery. I'm

I am in between the front of the store is great service helpful and knowledgeable the pharmacy is the worst long wait on hold bad attitude but depends who you get..what happened to sorry you were on hold we will be right back.. it was good 4-5 years ago WHAT HAPPENED

Honestly, I’m extremely happy that they hired miracle in the pharmacy. She is so attentive. She works really fast. She doesn’t get flustered and she makes me feel well cared and important. I I really hope she gets the appreciation she deserves! If you go there, please look for miracle to get the best service!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Cucumber service is poor, especially when calling. The reps won’t acknowledge you, they’ll just keep placing you on hold. They don’t order in-stock meds when promised and they don’t start working on your Rx that’s been in their possession until you request them to in person

Miss Maria has had the worst attitude I've ever come across in a Walgreens general store. She needs to take a sensitivity workshop and be mindful of her manners and her conduct when conducting Walgreens business and being a representative of that store I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend all others do not do any business with Maria inside that Walgreens store
