I’m Healed! Dr. Christian at Upgrade Physical Therapy is the Real Deal. He listens, explains, and has helped me feel normal again. Both my shoulder and ankle were in severe pain basically every day, but since finding Upgrade & the first session with Dr. Christian, I knew something was different. His care feels personal, the progress is real, and the atmosphere makes you want to come back. My ankle & shoulder are getting better every week! Definitely will be staying & will continue to recommend Upgrade (Dr. Christian) as the best PT experience I’ve ever had!

Around the fall of 2025, I began to consistently attend physical therapy with Dr. Christian Rodriguez. This would span several months. The fixes, through various assigned exercises, have since held up. My visits had to last a while, because I had some long-standing issues, and numerous smaller ones had popped up shortly before I started physical therapy. It was my first time even considering physical therapy so I did not know what to look for, but the idea of swift and efficient, 1-on-1 sessions sounded preferable. Upgrade Physical Therapy and Dr Rodriguez made a believer out of me. I was suffering from severe shoulder pain for over two months. I couldn’t lift my arm and doing the simplest chore was a painful. If you have experienced this type of pain, you know that it very frustrating. My orthopedic offered me surgery as the only solution (imaging that). Then I saw the add for Upgrade Therapy and i decided to give it a shot. At that point I would have tried anything, I just want the pain to go away. But after just seven weeks of therapy w Dr Rodriguez, the pain is 90% gone and I have complete mobility again. I have regained my strength and confidence and I’m back in the gym.
