Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy you will ever go to. The staff is rude. The older lady treats you like you owe her money. The pharmacist is lost. They text you when your script is ready and when you get there its not. They cancel your scripts after a few days without consulting with you. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. This is by far the worst walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. They have 1.8 stars as of this review because you are forced to at least give 1 star in order to write a review. These people should all quit. I have never reviewed a pharmacy.

I don’t usually write reviews but this pharmacy is the absolute worst Walgreen’s pharmacy I’ve ever been to. On several occasions the medication has been so delayed, sometimes even by days. It takes forever to get a prescription filled and they are so behind to inform you of the delay unless you call to straighten them out. I have now decided to drive 15 minutes further to another location to get my babies’ medications at a decent turn around time. Save yourself grief and aggravation and use another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Save yourself and do not come here or waste your time to come here. Any prescription that they refill takes more than 4 days. I have never heard of this! When they do tell you the expected date that it will be filled by, it's still not ready, because "they're busy". If you're sick and you need a script the same day, don't hold your breath.

Been using them as my local pharmacy for a bit now. Have had issues with getting them on the phone, almost always I get put on hold immediately until it re-rings for them and then when they don't pick up the call disconnects. Had an issue with medication/insurance and they never called me about it, had to find out online since I tried twice to call and was hung up on both times. It can be days before they fill your prescription if we don't call/show up ahead of time. I have a mail order pharmacy I use through my insurance that is faster and less of a hassle.

Most incompetent staff in any pharamcy. Avoid it if feasibel. illinformed and pooryl trained pharmacist and staff. This reflects ON the type of management of Walgreens Drug company or whatever is called. The poor handling of critical drug by this pharmacy and its saff is overwhelming indifference.
