Walgreens Pharmacy

As other reviews have stated they cannot fill a prescription when requested. I’m not sure if the staff is dumb or stupid. They have one job requirement…be able to count. District Manager, Bryan Biederman is non-responsive, the head Pharmicist Felix is barely able to do his job and the store manager is useless, she wouldn’t even acknowledge my existence when I brought up the issue.

Use another location! The only Walgreens pharmacy you have to follow up consistently with every refill. You have to call and just tell them to refill even when you submit refill on the app. Every time it’s always some type of delay. You have to stay on top of them to do there job there’s delays in refilling for no reason. Just because they haven’t gotten to it even though you come a day or two after the app tells you it’s going to be ready.

Glad I went despite Google indicating the pharmacy closed at 9 pm instead of 10 pm. Appreciate the extended hours and the pharmacist Gina expediting the prescription.
