Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could leave zero I would. Horrible customer service! Horrible pharmacist, they are lazy and don’t pick up the phone. I literally watched 4 people including the head pharmacist pick up the phone and put someone on hold. IF YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE DO IT!!! You should not have w to wait for a basic pick up or call! Just pathetic and then a girl tells me there’s others before me and I am the ONLY PERSON THERE! Who am I waiting for? You don’t take calls so who are we waiting for?? Just trash.

Extremely disorganized. They’re in need of a manager. It’s clear that Walgreens doesn’t care about their pharmacists because it’s not their fault that it’s like this. It’s clearly a corporate issue.

Horrible customer service. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. Poorly trained, extremely rude staff who do not care about helping customers. They are unwilling to even give the most basic attention, and seem extremely inconvenienced if you have any sort of question. They are completely inept at communicating with professionalism. Go literally anywhere else.

The line to get a prescription was down the aisle with only one person working. No sense of customer satisfaction or care that people are waiting 15 minutes for one person to get processed.

Nobody is mean, they are in fact quite nice, but not having a prescription two weeks + after it was called in and told to check back "next Monday or it could Friday" is crazy work. Tell me how I call back needing answers and suddenly "your prescription will be ready in an hour and a half".
