Everything I expected! Praise God! From the moment I Googled dentist and found this office online, I knew I'd more than likely love it. That was before I knew a Father and his twin sons were the doctors. (I'm very supportive of men because I don't think the world at large is! Especially Fathers). And nothing is stronger than family! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the receptionist, the dental assistant, and the doctor were more kind than I even expected. I asked them about a service I'm interested in, and when they could have upsold for profit, the doctor was clear that he doesn't recommend it. Personal and business integrity speaks for itself! My last visit there was 2006. My visit today was absolutely amazing. It brought back memories and I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr.Phanord’s sons. The reunion was fabulously joyous. The young lady who took my X-rays was just as pleasant. Waiting areas are inviting, clean and spacious. The office staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. My cleaning and tooth extraction was done with care and ease.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been contemplating removing my gold tooth and renewing my smile back to normal (adulting). Let me tell you, I’m glad I did and even more elated that I chose my home dental office at Phanord & Associates to perform the procedure. From the onset, per usual; the reception staff were all very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about every step of my process of getting veneers in addition to the gold removal.
