Walgreens Pharmacy

Very slow service and grossly unreliable. I don't know if it's because they're understaffed or what but every single time I have to stop by the pharmacy I have to clear the rest of my schedule for the morning/afternoon. Today I arrived 15 minutes before opening and was there for a whole hour, waiting. Called Walgreens 20 minutes after opening and was told the pharmacist had called out sick but there was another pharmacist on the way. Any minute now, I was told. Fine, I waited another 30 minutes and called again. Now I'm told they're still trying to get a hold of a pharmacist to cover the shift. Wow. Needless to say this was the last straw. I will ask my doctor to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy even if I have to drive further away. This is ridiculous. At least close the pharmac

Why this pharmacy has more than 2 stars is beyond me. My guess is the 5-star reviews were submitted by employees or family/friends of employees because there's just no way. First of all they never open when they're scheduled to open. Always 10 minutes or later. I went there this morning and was waiting in the drive through nearly an hour, and the line wasn't moving at all! Ended up leaving without my medication and I was late to work as a result. Second, when you call expect to be waiting 45 minutes to an hour for someone to answer. I'm so done with this place!

The pharmacist, Mok, saved the day yesterday after transferring my husband’s script from another store at the end of the day. My husband was only able to get his prescription on time because of Mok.

Terrible location. Do not go here. Even if it is out of your way go to a different pharmacy. You call and they put you on hold for 20+ minutes, constantly picking up the phone and putting you back on hold, likely in the hopes you will hang up. They made a mistake with my mother's medication giving her the wrong prescription instead of her 2 month supply of parkinsons medication. After calling the pharmacy they argued that they filled the prescription but instead it was an antibiotic. She would not have been able to get the correct medicine had we not fought tooth and nail for them to fix THEIR mistake. Highly unprofessional. Location needs to just be flat out shuttered.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND NO ONE EVER FEELS LIKE WORKING. I swear I’m reporting them , they playing with people’s lives
