Very positive experience with everyone and everything in this dental practice. The exam was the most thorough exam I’ve had in my life. Dr. Pham took the time to show all the findings and explain treatment options. Summer did an outstanding job with taking all of the pictures and x-rays. Nani, the treatment coordinator, is just a joy. And I really appreciate how thorough my deep cleaning procedure was with Heather. She is so pleasant and did a great job. So glad I’ve found this practice.

Recently moved to Vegas and was looking for a dentist and came across Northern Edge Dentistry and I love it there! I needed a deep cleaning and the hygienist Heather was so patience and nice. My initial visit also the dentist was very informative and explained everything. I definitely recommend them.

Let's start with the positives first, the staff are very friendly and know what they are talking about. The doctor pointed out the bone loss I had like no other dentist did before, I appreciate any dentist that explains things well. Their billing practices are unethical. Shame on me for doing enough research. I care about my health and always do what's best. They told me I needed deep periodontal cleaning. They added on "Irrigation" and "Laser" treatments that drove my bill up to almost $1,000 dollars. I reluctantly paid for it thinking it was important. Turns out, they are not. The only treatment you need is scaling/root planing. This treats 99% of the bacteria issue. The other two treatments do help admittedly but are not REQUIRED like the staff say they are. A few years ago I really loved this dentist, but in the last year I have just felt my experience diminish greatly. Dr. Pham is great, however, the other dentists in the office aren't as great. Dr. Pham is super nice and super professional. I chipped my one of my front teeth about a year ago and was mortified by it and came in right away and saw her. She reassured me it wasn't that bad and that I didn't need any work to fix it as it was very minor. She told me it will smooth out over time, and if down the road I still was concerned we'd talk about it. I felt much better. I did have a cleaning, and the hygienist was super rough and made me bleed, which was unpleasant. Then at my 6 month cleaning I saw the other dentist, I can't even remember her name as she spoke so quietly I could barely he

I had a very disappointing experience at Northern Edge Dentistry and feel it's important to share details for others considering this practice. To start, I was offered $25 off my bill at my first visit to leave an online review -- which is unethical and misleading. Positive reviews should be earned through quality care, not purchased. No small business has this many genuine reviews. Many of the five star reviews are vague, generic and just plain fluff. I was also told I needed an expensive deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), even though I've always had routine six-month cleanings and never had issues noted by my previous dentist.
