Walgreens Pharmacy

I asked a simple question about how many refills I have left. Instead of doing the most basic part of their job, both staff members were cold, dismissive, and immediately pushed me off to “ask your insurance.” That is not customer service — that is pure deflection. If employees are unwilling or unable to handle straightforward pharmacy inquiries, then there is little justification for their role. AI could perform this function more efficiently and with far more professionalism.

Total disappointments, every time I go it’s worse. Management is terrible. Parking and a drive thru. The pharmacy manager is great and always on top of things. He tells you he is going to do something and he does it. Need questions answers he’s there to help. Can’t say the same for the other staff but they do try. The store is always full of merchandise and you may find certain items cheaper than in other stores including Target.

Th absolute worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The know nothing about proper procedures on sending prescriptions with narcotics to other pharmacies. They had me on a wild goose for half the night . Advice to the company train the staff and pharmacist and before telling a person that needs medication to function check your facts . Will never shop at Walgreens for anything . To many other options on the same road .

Had everything i needed... got in quick and out...

No one in the pharmacy wants to pick up the phone. Atleast acknowledge the person at the other end. Standard service response and customer satisfaction. I rang CVS around the corner and they picked up straight away.
