I've been coming here for almost 3 years and never one problem. Very kind, caring employees that help me anytime I need it. My meds are always ready and correct to date.

Needed a prescription filled for nausea medication. Asked politely if it could be done quickly as I had just come from the doctor and was very nauseous. Pharmacy robotically informed me it would be 30 minutes because of 100 people in front of me. I understand this and only asked because there was nobody else in line, just me standing there about to be sick and feeling like a truck had hit me while the 100 people in front of me were at home. It would have meant a lot to me if she would have gone ahead and filled it, but it meant MUCH more that she had no human compassion to take 30 seconds to help me out. Would be a shame to be sick all over her floor....

My prescriptions are rarely filled on time from this pharmacy. Even when on auto-refill, every month my medications are "delayed" or "out of stock" which causes me to miss medication doses (this is dangerous for patients who, for example, may need their daily meds to prevent seizures). I changed my auto-refill to occur earlier in the month and this still happens. Because of these delays, I try to get more than a month's supply, but they can rarely provide this to me as it seems like a large incovenience for them. I've tried working with the staff multiple times to resolve these simple issues and their solution: the patient needs to call ahead of their prescription auto refill--every month--to make sure it is in stock and ordered in a timely manner. I am a disabled veteran and asked if they took the insurance I have which they said they did. Went to pick up my meds and they said they weren’t covered, they didn’t call the insurance to verify, and said I needed a physical insurance card or they weren’t able to help me. They hung up on me once, and their staff doesn’t know the policies or what they do or don’t do. If you need your meds avoid this place as they are rude and not helpful towards people who need help.

Dropped off prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Get there 47 minutes later and was told they never filled it because they didn’t have my birthday. I confirmed that they did have my phone number though, so why didn’t they call me instead of making me wait even longer?
