Walgreens Pharmacy

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience. While the quality of the service provided was commendable, the pace at which it was delivered was notably slow. On this occasion, the wait time extended to approximately thirty minutes. I hope this information is helpful in your efforts to improve customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Horrible was told an hour to fill it's been 3 and still nothing. After waiting on all 5 employees to come back from lunch at 2pm. They couldn't possibly take break in shifts so that people aren't constantly waiting. Had dental surgery needed the medicine before numbing wore off but didn't happen extremely painful now. Thanks for nothing Walgreens

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist. Was consistently rude to myself, my family, and her staff throughout all aspects of scheduling and administering vaccines. Have honestly never had an experience like this at an immunization clinic.

“This Walgreens (Newport) has been holding my prescription for 3 days. Every visit I get the same excuse: ‘still preparing.’ I urgently need my medication, but no one resolves the issue. Very disappointing, I won’t be coming back.”

The slowest. They need help. The staff looks overworked and tired. They recently gained Rite Aid customers and they can't keep up with their customers. Gaining Rite Aid is a plus but please provide support to the location
