Walgreens Pharmacy

Every time I go here it only gets worse. Today staff were so rude that I returned everything I had just bought. So many options on where to spend your hard earned money nowadays - I'll never spend money here again. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people but their staff can't manage it.

I had to wait 5 days for my prescription to be fill d. I go to pick up my prescription and the lady I was very unprofessionally greeted by- did not look up- did not smile- was very rude. If you don't like your retail job- don't work retail. Walgreens did not put my meds through insurance as I have been having all of my prescriptions through insurance. This one didn't change. This place has turned into such a joke for any prescriptions. Unfortunately, due to bad customer service, horrible fill times and other factors- we have transferred all of our accounts to a different local pharmacy.

I went to go pick up photos that I ordered from the Walgreens app and I get there and they were all white. They claimed they tried to call me but that is not true. They told me to reorder from the app, so I did, but then they were still all white. Then they told me to use the kiosk but the cord stopped working with my phone as I was almost done. They told me "yea that happens sometimes." They were not helpful in any capacity. I will not be returning to print photos.

The pharmacy technician check my information and took my prescription to be filled she said it would take 10 minutes I sat there for a half hour she made an error. I had to go to the pharmacist and have him check to see where the error was. He then filled it within 3 minutes

Susan was extremely rude and disrespectful. Told us they didn’t have the prescription but in fact just did not check the phone system. Was rude to the pharmacist because she couldn’t read his writing. Didn’t smile once. Will not be returning to this Walgreens
