Walgreens Pharmacy

Every month, getting my prescription filled is a week long ordeal. My prescription gets sent to Walgreens first thing in the morning and they respond “we’re working on it for you”. I get off work and drive to the pharmacy for them to tell me “Oh we’re out, we’ll have it tomorrow”… They didn’t. Same thing the next day. On the 3rd day I call to make sure they have it and they say “filling it now”. I drive there within the hour and guess what they don’t have?! 3 days in a row I get lied to, waste my time, waste my gas and the whole time I’m without my much needed prescription. They need to shut it down and hire people who give a damn about the customers. It’s not fast food it’s a pharmacy where people actually NEED the product.

Needed to pick up prescriptions. Courteous professional staff a bit of a weight due to a large volume of customers, but I was satisfied.

Everything i come pick up my medicine which have been called in before I come to pick it up and they always give me someone else medicine, I have to drive from Bude, Ms to Natchez to get my medicine and they always make me come back cause they didn't want to help me, every month I go though the same thing I love Walgreens but your worker in pharmacy, they are taken calls for medicine and not even get all the medicine for the month, I am so disappointed in this pharmacy on several dr, never have I had bad service like this.
