Went for a MFR massage. It was weird. He basically just laid a hand on me & held it one place a for several minutes, bf moving to a different spot. He didn’t give any breath cues. I asked more pressure & he responded that it wasn’t needed. I felt a little better after, but I think it was because I spent an hour focusing on my breath. He wore a mask, they had signage about masks, but didn’t ask me to wear one- again, felt weird & in personal.

Amazing Monya, knows exactly what she is doing. She "reads" those trouble spots in our bodies and rids you of the aches and pains even if just for a few days. God bless those hands and amazing knowledge and skill.
