Walgreens Pharmacy

Was told by 2 pharmacists that unless I call and tell them its an emergency that my new scripts sent by my doctor would not be filled until the next day. This is an ABSURD policy. basically, they cannot fill prescriptions in a timely manner because they have encouraged people to call them and invent "emergencies" to cut to the front of the line and get faster service.

Told me I have to return my med I already opened in order to get my new meds had to call corporate. Finally got my meds .

I am begrudgingly giving one star because you can't leave zero. This pharmacy should be shut down. After receiving incorrect medications and various pharmacy techs not knowing how to use the computer and trying to charge my elderly, immune-compromised mother when she has a zero copay along with getting the same medicine there every month for nothing-as it there is no copay on this medicine, to making people wait in drive-thru for well over 45 minutes, the last straw was the belittling Pharmacy Supervisor Danielle Canady who not only berated my mother but then laughed about it to the store manager as I watched him explain the problem to her (I saw the whole thing happen-I called him for assistance and he went to talk to her). She should be ashamed of herself and she have her pharmacy lic

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! Terrible behaviors, inpatients, inept, judgemental, pharmacists who play god. Ridiculous and...I'm good. Thanks for NOT asking, consistently!!!! I moved a while ago. It's DRAMA, DRAMA,DRAMA IN THERE & WORSE! Thank god you're in the rear view.

After 12 years of getting my famies prescriptions from Walgreens, I will now be going elsewhere. The wait is never less than 30 mins inside or drive thru window. I am constantly dreading dealing with the staff as they have become so unaccountable and incompetent of actually going above and beyond. If they require to make a phone call your script is delayed for at least 3 days. If it requires a prior authorization I waited 21 days for ky daughters script. Now we are going on vacation and have done everything from call my sons dr to calling my insurance company and maki g sure they wouldnt have to do anything more than necessary. Was told at 1pm my staff my sons script was recieved inaurance coveres it and to swing by on my way home from work to pick it up. At 4:30 I went to pick it u
