Walgreens Pharmacy

Tried to like this pharmacy, but when a prescription is sent in and you go to pick it up a few days later or the next day after visiting the ER and the pharmacy is “still working on it” it’s time to move on to a different pharmacy. This is not an isolated case, it’s happened 3 times to my husband - the last time he needed a special blood thinner and only after waiting 45 minutes (the prescription was sent to them in the morning, we went to pickup in the afternoon) we were then told they don’t have it and cannot be ordered. My son experienced this after a car accident, he needed pain killers and the pharmacy was no longer open after the ER visit and the next morning I went to pickup it up only to be told “We’re still working on it” …the staff is nice, but they also seem understaffed.

Curtis, the Pharmacist at the Walgreens on Antelope and Scott in Murrieta, is the best!! He knows his customers and is always kind and patient, and he always leaves you feeling like you matter! As well, I have noticed an overall improvement in knowledge and attitude in the pharmacy staff there. Hope it stays this way as they are MUCH needed in this part of town.

Ive been trying to get a prescription for two weeks mow you guys open late and close earlier than any other Walgreens. Ya friggin suck

I was a Walgreens Drug Store customer in Whittier, CA over 20 years ago. I hope they improved. Rite Aid is the best in customer service and both pharmacy service and customer service in the regular store.

They are usually pretty busy here. Maybe understaffed sometimes. They are usually pretty fair with the line inside and the cars at the window, switching back and forth. It's just some customers need assistance that takes a decent amount of time and if there's only 1 person on the computer then you could be waiting a while.
