First time seeing Kristin through a VA referral and it was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand some of the underlying issues going on with my back. I showed up early and she was already ready to go, which I appreciated. The massage was very relaxing, and she checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I enjoyed it so much that I also booked a postpartum appointment for my wife.

She always communicated with me before appts and even squeezed me in before I relocated after she just had eye surgery.
