I rarely submit bad reviews but this one was my worst experience. I Went to this location to drop off a return using FedEx. When I put the package on the desk Brooklyn said “ I can’t take this package it’s too big. It can’t fit in MY locker. You are going to have to take this to a different location.” Non apologetic, no customer service skills at all. Why be a drop off if the location is not able to accommodate. I guess they only take small packages. Train your staff on how to be compassionate if service is denied.

This this is one of the worst pharmacies I ever been in my whole life they should do better

Been a costumer here for nearly 8 years(we are debating on going to a different store location). And while the staff is very nice and they try their best they absolutely cannot keep up. There simply is just not enough staff on premises available to handle the large volume of customers (they really need at least two full time pharmacists and at least three full time techs). Consequently, if you try to contact them via phone...good luck you will be waiting for least 30 min. I waited 45 min once just to be hung up on bc the staff is that busy. I have ordered medication through the app and it won't get processed through so I have had to physically drive to the store, wait in line, just to request a refill I'm sorry but that absurd. (I also have a significant medical issue that effects my mobil

Called today and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Stayed on hold over 40 minutes after that called back got hung up on again being hold for 15 minutes up and call back and they never came to the phone

Very rude over the phone.
