Blowe Family Dentistry

I've been a patient at Blowe Family Dentistry for 4 years and have consistently experienced long wait times despite always arriving on time or even early. As patients, we're expected to be punctual, and I believe that same standard should apply to the office as well. At my most recent appointment, I arrived at 11:20 — my scheduled time — and waited nearly 20 minutes before being called back. When you're told an appointment will take about an hour, a 20-minute delay has a real ripple effect on the rest of your day. What made it worse is that no one communicated the hold-up or acknowledged the wait at all. After waiting with no update, I walked out in frustration. I was happy with Blowe dentistry and been going there since 2019, but that was until I got an invoice with a cancellation fee of $295. I followed the cancellation policy by calling 24 hours prior to the appointment but that Monday, they were closed and no way for me to leave a message, so I had to cancel on the day of the appointment due to covid. They didn’t mention anything about a $295 fee during the call and the surprise came in the mail. This is ridiculous and need to realize that $295 is not a chunk of change! Safe to say that I will NOT be returning!

I started seeing Dr. Blowe about two years ago, and I have always received top notch treatment. They have all of the latest technology to ensure nothing is missed during your exam. Everyone from the front desk staff, dental assistants and hygienists are very polite and professional. She is also wonderful with children. I have taken both my children in for their annual cleanings, and Dr. Blowe is always very friendly and patient during the process. I would recommend anyone to their practice!!

Awesome office ...The office is nice , clean and the employees are highly professional and great to work with , they make you feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time you are present in the office. Dr Blowe is one of a kind! Top notch Dentist! As soon as you walk in Bonnie is welcoming you with a bright smile! The assistants, Brandi and Amber make your visit so warm and comfortable. As you are leaving Traci scheduled my next appointments and answered any questions I had about my next cleaning appointment with Erin! I highly recommend this office! You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Blowe has placed two bridges for me including over my front six teeth. I was congenitally missing my permanent eye teeth and not a good candidate for implants. Her work is BEAUTIFUL! I get compliments all of the time on my teeth now. In addition to the quality work the front office & dental staff are friendly, personable and professional. I’ve referred both friends and family here. If you’re looking for quality dentistry from a caring practice - look no further!
