Millsboro, DE Pharmacy inside always 8~12 deep. Outside drive thru pickup will have cars wait there at window for sometimes well over 25 minutes. Only pharmacy in town. No keen aware of the obvious

-10 stars if I could every time I come the line is ridiculously long and they have people sitting 20/30 min to get a prescription yet when I go up I’m in and out in 5 min after sitting for a hour or 2. My medication is never ready on time and you can’t just go days without it yet they expect you to. They’re always understaffed there’s no reason if your prescription is ready you should be at the window for anymore than 5 min. If it’s them allowing people to sit while they fill it then that needs to be stopped immediately. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that operates anywhere near as bad as this one does.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-through tonight To pick up medication for my child. It's 730 There's three cars ahead of me. As I'm sitting there, One car leaves the other pulls up. I'm thinking OK, cool the lines going. The next person is there all the way from 7:45 to 8:05 The car in front of me and myself have literally been waiting in this line myself since 730 the car in front of me obviously earlier. The car in front of me moves up and they leave pretty quickly so I'm like OK cool They leave I pull up. The pharmacy is closed. How do you have people sitting in line for 30 minutes and just close on them as if they weren't sitting there waiting. I needed to pick up medication for my child. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this "Pharmacy". The staff are a bunch of incompetent people. My hospital ordered 3 prescription 5 days before my surgery. One was filled after my surgery. I was told by the incompetent employee that the others were not ready because they need the Pharmacist to fill it?? I told her to cancel one medication and fill the other. She said it would be ready the next day before noon. My friend went there and they gave him the medicine that I cancelled. The other medicine that I need has still not been ordered. They had 6 days to order it.

Absolutely horrible. This Walgreens in Millsboro, DE is not on the corner of Happy and Healthy. It’s on the corner of Dumb and Dumber. Always have to come back later or the next day because they ran out of a prescription. Waited 40 minutes in line just to be told that they don’t have all the prescriptions ready. While I was being told that the Rx wasn’t ready I overheard that they lost another customers prescription. That prescription was a controlled substance! I also overheard that the new Weis Supermarket in Millsboro will have a pharmacy - can’t come soon enough!
