My first time experience was with the front desk receptionists who were wonderful. I came in to provide my medical insurance and obtain an appointment. They were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Schwartz was wonderful. She was very kind and explained everything to my questions. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed. The eyewear technician Bianca was wonderful as well. She made me feel comfortable, took her time and worked with me on the price that I can afford for new glasses. I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing what I could not afford. The atmosphere inside was very warm with music playing that you could tap your fee or do a little bobbing around. There was even a gentleman who walked into a room next to the eyewear, and gave me the peace sign

I had a great experience during my recent eye exam. Dr. Nicole Schwartz was extremely thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. Krista was fantastic in helping me choose two perfect pairs of glasses—she was patient, knowledgeable, and honest with her recommendations. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this team!

I received a. very intense exam with full explanations of everything, unlike what I’ve received in other offices. EVERYBODY IN THE OFFICE IS. VERY SWEET, HELPFUL AND CARING. WOILD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
