Beebe Walk-In Millsboro

I am so thankful to this walk in clinic for helping my son with his first ever stitches experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job making him feel as comfortable as possible. And we were in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Visited Beebe walk-in clinic for ear wax removal that was creating constant and annoying hearing aid feedback. Check-in process was easy. I was taken right in and initially seen by NP Caitlin Crotty. The actual wax removal process was expertly done by Ada Hepburn who, like NP Crotty was efficient, very pleasant, and good at what she does. All in all a great experience all the way around b/c of these two professionals! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by check-in/reception promptly, politely and respectfully. The registration process was very smooth and I appreciate being able to complete everything using my cell phone. The nurse, PA and x-ray tech were all very professional and kind and explained things perfectly. I will add that My visit was on a Sunday morning. I arrived at around 9:25am was back out the door by 1020am so for my experience, it was fantastic. Granted it is now the off-season so things aren’t as busy, but it was still a very pleasant experience.

Excellent care and all very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially given there was only one practioner on duty when I went. I've seen other places that when this is the case, the staff can be curt, but not yesterday at this location!! They were excellent! There was expectantly a bit of a wait, but even that was not bad at all. I would highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was seen for a double fracture in my ankle, given a boot, and sent home with minimal pain management. I was told a 'podiatrist' would call within 24 hours to a week. After three days of agony, I went to an ER in a different health system. The surgical team there was appalled by my treatment; I was told the boot actually worsened my injury and I now require surgery to repair the damage. The lack of urgency and the incorrect stabilization at Beebe Urgent Care turned a serious injury into a surgical one. Avoid this facility if you have a real emergency.
